We do our utmost to ensure that you are happy with our goods. However, if you do have cause to complain or if the jewellery fails to meet your expectations, you can return all articles purchased from the QUDO online store. 
In this regard, please consult our cancellation policy in the terms and conditions.

We offer an exchange or return for any item within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note that we will retain the cost of return postage of €4.95 when refunding your return.

This does not apply to defective, incomplete or missing items. If you have received a damaged item, please contact our customer service at service@qudo.de and send pictures of the damaged item. Once we have checked and confirmed the damage, we will cover the shipping costs. Once we have received the item, we will either send you a free replacement or refund you the full amount.

We can only accept unused items in perfect condition that include all original packaging, care cards, instructions, labelling and the postal box.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on products purchased from one of our retailers - any purchase made at a shop must be exchanged or returned through that shop and their policy.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you have already paid, we shall credit the amount to your PayPal, bank or credit card account. Please note that returning and processing articles can take up to 2 weeks.
 
To ensure that the jewellery returns to us in good condition, please return each article, if possible in its original packaging, as well as all accessories and packaging components. Please avoid damage and contamination. If applicable, please use protective outer packaging. Please ensure the articles are afforded sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging; this will avoid claims for damage caused by defective packaging.

If possible, please fill in the attached returns form in full and enclose it with the returned article.

We expressly remind you that the delivered pieces of jewellery are only to be tried on, similar to trying on clothes in a shop. If the jewellery should deteriorate as a result of additional use, we reserve the right to demand compensation.
